On February 22, 2026, representatives of the Carpathian National University named after Vasyl Stefanyk visited graduates of the Solotvyn Lyceum for a career guidance meeting. The Department of Computer Engineering and Electronics of the Faculty of Physics and Technology was presented by Volodymyr Hryha.
During the session with students from grades 9–11, the discussion focused primarily on the fields of computer engineering, electronics, and telecommunications. In particular, the presentation provided a detailed overview of the programs “Computer Engineering” and “Electronics, Electronic Communications, Instrumentation, and Radio Engineering,” which are offered at both the Bachelor’s and Master’s levels. Faculty members explained the specifics of designing embedded systems and microstructures, and demonstrated how knowledge of electronics opens the way to creating modern technologies. The meeting took place in an inspiring atmosphere, allowing each prospective student to ask questions about choosing a future profession and exploring employment opportunities in the IT industry.
